Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Project status

Astra by Arvenyra is an independent personal AI desktop-assistant project in active development, currently not offered as a general public software service. This public website is informational and does not itself provide access to the Astra application.

2. Intended capabilities

Astra is designed to assist with voice interaction, selected desktop workflows and optional integrations such as Gmail. Features may be unavailable, incomplete or subject to additional authorization and user settings.

3. User responsibility and control

The user remains responsible for reviewing important AI-generated information, drafts and actions, including messages to external recipients. Gmail permissions are granted by the Google account owner using Google's OAuth consent process and may be revoked. Sending messages is intended to require explicit user instruction and applicable safeguards.

4. Third-party services

Optional functions may use Google services and the OpenAI API. Their separate terms and privacy rules also apply where relevant. Astra is an independent project and is not endorsed or operated by Google or OpenAI.

5. Availability and limitations

As development software, Astra may encounter errors, service interruptions or inaccurate AI outputs. Users should not rely on it as the sole source for emergency, legal, medical or financial decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Privacy and contact

Details on Google data access, storage and AI processing are in the Privacy Policy. For questions about this project contact [email protected].
